FLY-FUT

Lead UX at Fly-Fut*. Tasks include all the steps of the design thinking:

Research: benchmark, +80 interviews to stakeholders and different types of users, UX surveys and document of user needs, pain points and conclusions.
Define and Ideate: improve and create new functionalities, moderate ideation dynamics with stakeholders like Crazy8 and HMW, brainstormings and provide document of solutions.
Design: design system in Sketch and Figma. Transfer of all screens, design system and components from Sketch/Zeplin/Invision to Figma.
Prototype: in low-mid-high fidelity and iteration, test with users and export of designs on desktop dashboard and mobile device. From low fidelity prototyping to export for developers, working on weekly sprints.

In addition, design of the new brand image, logo and design guides for social media posts.

*Fly-Fut is a startup that records football matches with drone. These matches are edited by professional broadcasters and then players and followers can watch their matches via app.
